Can I do this in Tkinter? Change text-format of numbers in cells excel-like?

ARTICLE AD BOX

I load a website scrape TXT data into a scrollable Tkinter listbox

Press a button to perform Data Analysis: which

highlights ONLY specific numbers in that same listbox!

Max data size: 201 such rows

Column #1 showing the row number ------ Column #2 showing the 8 separately text-formattable numbers

Website publishes 201 rows max at days end, so I must be able to analyze that with python. Each excel-like row as 8 numbers.

Can Tkinter do text formatting of these numbers - see image - or should I learn PySide6 or something else? It would be nice if - see picture - Tkinter could change the background color of rows, but not critical if it can't. I must be able to change the color of numbers though - after analysis - to highlight all matches!

For what I'll be using this: Will Tkinter be fast or slow at this task?
At button-click or hotkey press my Python code will refresh the website, copy paste TXT data from there, load it into Tkinter listbox, do a simple comparative data analysis only always on the previous 20 rows (counted backward from the newest row) and then highlight the individual numbers on display in the Tkinter scrollable listbox, just like on below pic. I want to scroll the full list below (max 201 rows will be published by the website at any days end) and see the highlights there. https://ibb.co/4nrjGhRw https://i.ibb.co/W4JcwmvN/Stack-Overflow-Python-Question.jpg
