Can't Flash Firmware To Artillery Ruby v 1.2 motherboard [closed]

I customized marlin firmware for my Artillery Sidewinder X2 and can't figure out how to get it flashed onto the motherboard which is a Ruby v 1.2. My biggest problem is all the instructions I see require a tool called STM32CubeProgrammer however the download never starts. I signed up for a membership and tried downloading as guest and both options just navigate me back to the download page.

I installed the drivers for STMBooloader, I connected the two prongs together on the motherboard to put it in the mode that's supposed to allow it to be flashed, I tried with the board for the screen disconnected as they said that causes an interference with the process. I've customized and compiled Marlin firmware for other printers and was able to load them up either from Cura, Arduino and Platformio, so I don't know what the big fuss is with this board and why it has to be so difficult. Does anyone know of an alternative way to do this without the STM32CubeProgrammer or where I can actually get a copy that will download?
