How to get industry ready as a Spring Boot developer?

I am currently a beginner in Spring boot , in last year of my college , i have one RestFul APi using Spring boot and Postgres sql and one Full Stack project using React js , Spring boot , Postgres sql and Redis . Now i reside in India here there is not much demand for Java Developers , as compared to Django and Node js , so how can get a job as a Fresher , should i apply for remote jobs of another countries?
What topics , knowledge should i learn so that i can grow from beginner to intermediate and then to advanced .
What resources , books should i consider?
